Every place Buddie can turn up and where notes land

Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams are supported at launch, and they cover almost every meeting anyone books. Buddie joins as a visible participant, so everybody in the call can see it is there.

Google Calendar and Outlook connect in a couple of clicks. Buddie reads the invite for the title, the attendees and the link, so notes end up named properly without anybody tidying up.

Everything lands in the Buddie dashboard. On the free plan that is the full set for every meeting: transcript, summary, decisions, action items and your coaching.

Enterprise plans get the API and a hosted MCP server, so your own systems can pull a transcript, a summary or a list of actions the moment a meeting finishes, and your own agents can ask Buddie questions about what has been said.
